Built by passion, inspired to shine

The spark

Crystal Essence began with the passion of our founder, Ms Lew: a love for the quiet beauty of natural crystals, and a wish to share pieces that are genuine, meaningful and beautifully made.

The craft

Instead of buying through layers of traders, we built a direct relationship with our sourcing partner in Taiwan. We travel to select stock in person, looking at colour, clarity and character piece by piece, because no two crystals are ever alike.

The home

In 2025 the brand found its first home online, with a store reaching customers across Malaysia. In 2026 it opened its showroom at Citta Mall, Ara Damansara, where every piece can be seen, held and appreciated in person.

Crystal Essence was founded by Ms Lew as a dedicated brand of Nexis Synergy Building Innovations Sdn Bhd, to bring authentic natural gemstones together with modern lifestyle design.

The business is built on personal selection. Every piece comes through direct supplier relationships and hands-on grading with our long-standing sourcing partner in Taiwan, so we know where our stones come from and what goes into each one.

Today our collection spans more than 880 pieces, shared through our online store at crystal-essence.com.my, our showroom at Citta Mall, Ara Damansara, and a growing network of business partners.
